Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by emailing info@daretodreamapparel.com, stating your order number and your intention to return the item(s).
Return Conditions
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear such as deodorant marks, sweat, or odor may be refused or refunded partially. You may try on items to assess fit and quality, as you would in a physical store. If an item shows signs of wear beyond normal inspection, we may apply a reduction in the refund amount due to loss of value. Discounted or promotional items are eligible for return.
Size Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, we understand that sizing can be tricky, and we want to make sure you end up with the right fit.
If your first order doesn't fit, you can return it under our standard return policy, free of charge. Once your return has been processed, you can place a new order in the correct size.
If the replacement order also doesn't fit, you are still entitled to return it within the standard 14-day return window. However, the return shipping costs for this second return are at your own expense. We will not provide a prepaid return label for second returns.
This policy applies per customer, per product type. It is intended to ensure fair and sustainable service for all our customers.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by Dare to Dream Apparel for your first return per order. A prepaid return label will be provided after your return request has been approved. For second returns, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. In this case, we will provide the return address and instructions, but no prepaid label.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are completed within 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s) or you have provided proof of return. When returning the entire order, the standard outbound shipping costs of the original order will also be refunded.
How to Start a Return
- Send an email to info@daretodreamapparel.com with your order number and request for return
- You will receive return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed automatically
